NAME – Joe Marshall
AGE – 26
HOME TOWN – Cheshire

How did you start racing? Me and my Dad used to go to Oulton Park, we live about 20mins away, when I was a kid. We watched the Touring Cars go round all the time. One of my Dad’s friends owned a garage that ran Mazda’s in the Mazda supercup. I started racing in those then moved on to Ginettas, TCR Audi and now the Porsche Cayman Sprint Challenge
What did you do in 24? I started in TCR then I did the last 4 rounds of the Porsche Sprint Challenge.
Notable results? On my second weekend in the Porsche I got two poles and two wins!
Why the Wera Academy? It is very special for young people to be part of. I think what Pete and Ian are doing is absolutely amazing to help kids out and to help one another and to be part of something together, that is something special.
What do you do outside of racing? I am a ground worker. I work three days a week and I love it.
I race on my SIM and go to the gym. I have quite a normal lifestyle.
What are your goals for 25? To build a really good releationship with Pete and Ian in the Wera Academy and to win the Porsche Sprint Challenge.
